Populating Select List From Database Values

Hi, i'm a newbie in facile forms and i need a help to create a form.

In Brazil, the address is constituted by 3 fields: neighborhood, street and number.

I created a form with 10 pages, and in page 4 i place a select list for each field, accounting 3 select list.

The first select list is populating from a database values with this query: "SELECT neighborhood FROM city ORDER BY neighborhood ASC"

The second select list should be populate from a database values depending which value is selected in first select list with this query: "SELECT street FROM city WHERE neighborhood = 'value_of_select_list_1' ORDER BY street ASC"

And the third select list should be populate from a database values depending which value is selected in the first select list and in the second select list with this query: "SELECT number FROM city WHERE neighborhood = 'value_of_select_list_1' AND street = 'value_of_select_list_2' ORDER BY number ASC"

How can i create this functionality??

I tried to install your package (xml file).
But i could not install.

If Yes then I'm using FF 1.4.7 + Joomla 1.0.12!

BF is Breezing Forms a fork of FF, the reason I asked is that we do not support BF.

Ok next question, are you uploading my form through FF config? That is the correct way to upload xml files to FF.

I'm using Install Package in the Configuration menu.
But nothing happens when I click in Install Package, just refresh the screen.

That is what appears to happen but there should be an entry in the package list in manage forms called select_db or somthing similar.
