Error 145 displays SQL as error

Hi

I have a problem with my site. It doesn't accept forms anymore. This should be in another forum, but it also creates some leakage onto the client:

The error I get (errno 145) displays a SQL query, which is - in any way you look at it - bad behaviour.

By the way: I have no clue what is wrong. Most likely a database error, but that's something I'll try to get answered somewhere else.
