Hi,

here is a little package with three demoforms which shows different possibilities with FF.
There is a little description in each form, the code explains itself...

Have fun with it... Smiley

Cheers,

Christian

Hi Boldee,

sure, no problem...

The package contains three forms:

1. "Switchpages"
Shows how to switch to different pages in dependence of how much radiobuttons has the value "No".
Moreover it shows how to disable all buttons and how to do this with ASCII-Codes so it could be
a letter instead of the number, too.

2. "TestInputfield"
Shows how to count letters and words in an input-field by adding a new eventhandler to the
Inputbox. Moreover shows how to move a field in a form.
Result of this topics:

3. "TestQuerylist"
Shows how creative a querylist can be used with different types of input-fields instead of
static text by using the Joomla-usertable.

Cheers,

Christian

Based on the colorpicker from the Joomla-component "Webcomponents" I made a fourth demoform which shows how to implement a color-chooser as div-popup.
The position of the popup can be moved by moving the "txtColorPicker"-field. To see it, use the preview-window and click "choose" first then you can position it with the FF-editor.

The value is entered into the empty inputfield "iColor".

Have fun with it.

And another update to the Testform-Package:

New is a form called "Autotabbing" which demonstrates how you can automatically switch to the next inputfield when the user reaches the maximum number of possible characters for this field so he don't need to press enter or tab or klick on the next field.

Have fun with it...
