Fixes that parameter settings in normal content do not work on the frontpage and in blog views.

Parameters handled:
Title, Author, Creation Date, Modification Date, Print Icon, PDF Icon and Email Icon.

Usage:
To show the title, both Item Titles in the menuitem parameters as well as Page Title in the content parameters must be set to show. If either is set to hide the title will not be shown.

For the other parameters the setting in the content has first priority. If it is Use Global then the setting in the menuitem will be used. If this is also Use Global the global settings will be used.
